Quick operation instructions
- 1、Install the machine horizontally only on the ground or a sturdy support, and ensure that the machine is securely installed
2、Plug in the power and signal cables, turn on the machine, and it will automatically preheat and pressurize
3、Add an appropriate amount of consumables and cover with a lid
4、Install the nozzle properly
5、Adjust the address code and connect to the DMX console
6、After the display screen shows "Ready", Channel 1 of the console can control the spraying
7、After use, spray the remaining powder from the silo until there are no fireworks spraying out
After the machine cools down, remove the spray nozzle, unplug the power and signal wires, wipe off any water stains and dust on the surface of the machine, and pack it in the factory provided cardboard or aviation box to prevent collision
Maintenance
- 1、It is recommended to have the equipment run at least once a month to maintain optimal performance and equipment condition
2、After use, spray the consumables in the equipment silo clean. Water should not enter the silo, otherwise it will damage the internal parts
3、When not in use, the lid of the silo should be covered and placed in a cool and dry place. It should not be damp or exposed to direct sunlight. It is recommended to use the cardboard box (aviation box) from the factory for packaging
4、The fuel tank should be kept dry at all times, and there should be no dust, leaves or other debris entering. Except for special consumables, there should be no liquid or debris in the tank
5、When not in use, consumables should not remain in the silo for a long time, as this can cause powder clumping and blockage
