This intelligent Power Sequence Controller is engineered to protect and manage sensitive audio, lighting, and stage equipment. It powers on connected gear in a sequential order (front to back) and shuts them down in reverse, eliminating harmful power surge currents at startup and shutdown. This automated process prevents operational errors, safeguards your equipment from damage, and ensures the stability of the entire power system.

Design & Build:​ Features a durable 2U rack-mount chassis with a matte black iron panel for a professional look.

Electrical Input:​ Accepts single-phase AC 220-240V, 50/60Hz (Optional: Wide-range AC 90-240V model available). Equipped with a 32A main circuit breaker and a 3 * 4mm² power cable (1m length with plug).

Output Configuration:​ Provides 8 relay-controlled outlets and 4 direct (always-on) outlets. All outlets use standard universal sockets made of flame-retardant ABS and phosphor copper, rated for 13A.

Control & Protection:​ The core sequencing function features a 1.5-second interval between each relay. A dedicated "PASS" key allows for simultaneous activation of all controlled channels when needed. The relay contacts are rated for 30A @ 277VAC.

Power & Display:​ Maximum load is 2000W per channel / 6000W total reactive power. A bright red digital voltmeter on the panel provides accurate real-time voltage monitoring.

Internal Construction:​ Utilizes a high-quality double-sided fiberglass PCB with thickened main power traces. Powered by a built-in transformer (or optional global switching power supply).

Control Interface:​ Features a square boat-type master power switch for reliable operation.
